Engineering tooling

The tooling our own delivery teams run on, opened up.

Below the packaged products sits the tooling we built to run every engagement itself — CLI accelerators, scaffolds, and test harnesses. We make it available to clients who want to run the same way we do.

Where this fits

Different from our products, on purpose.

Legacy Radar, Agent Ops Console, and Flow Studio are packaged products with their own roadmaps. Tooling is the smaller, sharper stuff underneath — the scripts and scaffolds our engineers reach for on day one of an engagement to stop rebuilding the same setup work every time.

Why we open it up

  • No lock-in — it's the same tooling that runs when we're not in the room
  • Battle-tested, not theoretical — every piece shipped inside a real engagement first
  • Small and composable — adopt one piece without buying into a platform

What's in the kit

Three tools our teams open on day one.

Scaffold CLI

Spins up a repo with our standard lint, test, CI, and observability wiring already in place, so the first commit on an engagement is feature code, not boilerplate.

  • Project scaffolding
  • CI/CD templates

Migration Harness

A test harness that runs old and new code paths side by side against production-shaped traffic, so a strangler-pattern migration can be verified before the old path is retired.

  • Shadow traffic
  • Diffing & drift alerts

Prompt & Eval Kit

Version-controlled prompt templates paired with a lightweight eval runner, so agent behavior changes ship with a regression suite instead of a vibe check.

  • Prompt versioning
  • Automated evals
