Enablement

Teams that can run what we build, long after we leave.

Training scoped to the systems your team will actually operate — not a generic AI-literacy deck delivered once and forgotten.

Why this exists

A handoff isn't documentation. It's a team that's ready.

Most consulting engagements end with a knowledge-transfer document nobody reads. We build training into the engagement itself, so the people who own the system after we leave actually understand how it works — and why it was built that way.

How we run training

  • Scoped to your systems — built around what your team is actually operating, not a generic curriculum
  • Hands-on by default — working sessions against real or representative data, not slides
  • Sized to the audience — engineers, operators, and executives need different depth, not the same deck three times
Programs

Four programs, aimed at different parts of the org.

AI literacy & responsible use

For teams across the business, not just engineering: what these systems can and can't do, and how to use them responsibly.

Hands-on agent-building enablement

Working sessions where your engineers build alongside ours — not a lecture about what agents are.

Engineering upskilling

Cloud-native architecture, DevOps/MLOps practices, and the specific tooling introduced during a modernization engagement.

Executive & leadership briefings

A plain-language grounding in what's being built and why, for the people who'll be asked to defend the investment.

Formats

Three ways to run it, depending on what's needed.

Workshop

Half-day or full-day sessions for a focused topic — AI literacy, a specific tool, a governance model. Best for getting a whole team to the same baseline quickly.

Embedded pairing

Your engineers work alongside ours for a defined stretch of the engagement, learning the system by building it, not by being told about it afterward.

Ongoing office hours

A standing weekly or biweekly slot after go-live, for the questions that only come up once a team is actually running the system.

Works as a standalone engagement, or bundled with a modernization or agent build.
